A little background of myself so that you know I am a real person and not a bot hidden inside a computer.
In cryptocurrency anonymity is welcomed and even recommended.
However, I shall pull back the veil and reveal a little of who I am.
I am a realestatepreneur (real estate entrepreneur) by profession, living in New York City. I have been very fortunate enough to achieve financial freedom and independence through real estate investing.
Background
Growing up I always knew that the traditional route of going to school, graduating from college, and then getting a high paying job, eventually retiring one day from years of savings just didn’t fit my life’s purpose.
Up until 2016 it was the path that I was on and looking back now I don’t regret it entirely because it equipped me with the resources needed to leave Corporate America.
I had worked hard for the past 13 years and voluntarily left my job in April, 2016.
And it is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I now look forward to my many entrepreneurial interests and pursuits and am very excited to see what the next decade will bring.
One thing I know for sure, this time around, I will be living life on my own terms.

How I Got Into Real Estate
I knew from a very young age that I wanted to get involved in real estate.
My interests really peaked when I was stayed up late one night watching television and came across a real estate guru by the name of Dean Graziosi.
His communication style and sales pitch struck a chord with me and I immediately got on the phone and ordered his real estate course.
I completed the course quickly, spending days and nights on it.
I still remember the feeling of excitement going through the entire training and getting started.
This was back in 2008.
The year after, I purchased my first triplex in Jersey City, NJ for $390,000.
Since then I was able to grow my real estate business from a part-time hobby to a full-time career.
So What Does Real Estate Investing Have To Do Cryptocurrency?
Not at all, or a lot, depending on how you look at it.
Real estate is a vehicle of wealth building that I still actively participate in, and as such, I will frequently mention it and draw parallels to it at times when I write.
Real estate is a tool that allowed me to achieve FIRE (Financial Independence/Retire Early). More importantly, it gave me my freedom back and freed me from many more years of corporate bondage.
In many ways cryptocurrency can do the same for us as a society. Cryptocurrency is a tool that will allow us to regain the freedom to manage our own money and finances, without banks or other third-party institutions.
If we are the master of our own lives then it is just right that we control one of the most important things to us, our money.
My Goal
Blockchain and cryptocurrency are new technologies, and as such, little information is known or readily available.
To facilitate in the education of this nascent technology I hope to assist people with learning through guides, tutorials, blogs, and other resources.
It is my hope that a community will be created with the intention of people helping other people in the pursuit of higher learning in this area.
Together we can participate and contribute to the growth of blockchain and cryptocurrency as its moves towards mainstream adoption.
MISSION OF THE COMMUNITY
Therefore, we, the people, shall be united towards a decentralized society.
